Company Description
PilotoMail is a technology company that builds virtual office infrastructure and mailroom automation for the remote workforce. Operators use our software to break free from their square footage revenue cap and scalably grow their businesses.
Our Story
PilotoMail’s journey began on a charming Caribbean island. Sofia and Juan Carlos Stolberg, who ran their own businesses, returned to Puerto Rico and wanted to connect with like-minded people. Discovering a lack of coworking spaces, they decided to create one themselves – Piloto 151. The name was inspired by the pigeons that frequented the plaza outside their Old San Juan building on 151 San Francisco Street.
From its humble start, Piloto 151 has grown into Puerto Rico’s largest coworking network. The pilot pigeon mascot symbolizes this growth. Across four unique locations, totaling 60,000 square feet of commercial space, Piloto151 provides a thriving coworking community.
But how does postal mail fit into this coworking story? The answer: it’s integral! As Piloto 151’s membership grew, especially its virtual offices, so did the influx of mail. From official notices to financial documents and packages, mailboxes were overflowing. Managing this mail mountain and adhering to postal regulations and compliance became a significant challenge; and with that, they decided to create a solution: PilotoMail.
