The Features
Mailboxes
For renters, virtual mailboxes in PilotoMail look like your email inbox, but for physical mail and packages. By simply logging in to their space’s PilotoMail platform, renters can see their mail as soon as it is assigned to their mailbox. After, they can submit action requests such as open & scan, forward, pickup, check deposit, etc.
Mailboxes include those that are active as well as those that have been created and assigned but have not yet been activated by the renter. Canceled mailboxes are not invoiced under the price plan.
Mailbox Price is $6 a month by default. And, as you add more mailboxes, the price per mailbox lowers after reaching certain thresholds:
$5/mailbox a month when active mailboxes amount is greater than 250.
$4/mailbox a month when active mailboxes amount is greater than 720.
User Seats
Administrator accounts are used by users who have full access to mail operations in PilotoMail. They can create mailboxes, configure request settings, manage mailbox pricing, and fulfill submitted renter requests.
Additional user seats are $6-15/user (monthly/yearly).
White Label Site
A client-facing web app designed with your space’s brand, powered behind the scenes by PilotoMail. A renter’s mailbox will display your logo and brand colors.
Unlimited and customizable action requests
As a mail operator, you can set up your action request offering.
Set up which requests — from open and scan and shreds to forward and check deposit– will be available for a renter to choose from. You can also add in how many free action requests will be included in your offering, as well as how much you will charge for each additional request after a renter has used up all their free.
For check deposits, you can add which bank institutions are in your area. For mail forwarding, check your preferred postal couriers.
